Interstate Auto Auction Complaints and Reviews
John C 4 star yelp review
I have bought several cars at this auction. I bought a Subaru Forester, (since have put 60K) w/ no major problems, an Isuzu Rodeo (have put on 40K), and other cars from them. You need to make sure you go on Weds from 9:30-5:30 to TEST drive the cars. If you don't, then it is at your own risk. You should bring people who understand cars if you don't know anything about cars. If you go on Saturdays, then you can't test drive, only start them up because the flea market is there and there is no room to drive. I bought a car one time because I arrived late, and paid, got the keys, and the engine smoked. I was immediately given a refund, no questions asked when I said the engine smoked. Never had a problem dealing with them and they have a tow company that has someone there to take orders to have your winning cars towed if you are a NH resident, since you can't just throw any plates on a car. - By the way, the buyers fees are all available online at http://interstateautoauc… before you buy, so you know what you will pay. Most of the green light cars purchased there are sold by car dealers and Interstate doesn't own the cars, they get a fee from the dealers for selling and you pay the buyers fees. That is how they make their money.
